Mixed-Type Running Track

Baikang's fourth-generation mixed-type track material is an upgraded version developed in response to the newly implemented national standard GB36246-2018.It is designed based on ergonomic principles and conforms to the requirements of sports physics.It consists of a buffer base layer made of polyurethane glue mixed with new environmentally friendly particles.The surface layer is made of polyurethane track paint and new EPDM particles to form an anti-slip surface.It possesses excellent physical elasticity and high wear resistance.

CONSTRUCTION STEPS

1. Base Treatment

According to the construction guide, treat the cement or asphalt base. After treatment, the base strength should meet the C25 standard for building concrete.

2. Apply Waterproof Primer with Roller

3. Lay Base Coat

•
Mix the base coat Components A and B evenly, then lay it to the thickness specified in the construction drawings.

4. Spray Surface Coat

•
Mix the surface coat Components A and B evenly according to the ratio, then pour the mixture into a professional sprayer for application.

5. Measurement and Positioning

•
Conduct construction surveys based on the athletic track line requirements and complete the positioning for all markings.

6. Spray Marking/Lining

•
Apply the paint for line marking using the "Three-Pass Method," or use a dedicated runway lining machine.
