 EPDM Rubber Flooring  Construction Procedures 1. Base Preparation:
Treat the cement or asphalt base according to construction guidelines. After completion, the base strength must meet C25 grade building concrete standards.
2. Water Pooling Repair:
Sprinkle water across the entire site to identify areas with standing water. Mark these spots with a pen, allow the surface to dry, then scrape and level the pooling zones using a straightedge or squeegee.
3. Primer Application
Roll the specialized primer onto the base surface layer.
4. Bottom Layer Installation
Mix the bottom-layer glue and EPDM particles in proportion, stir evenly, and lay them to the required thickness.
5. Top Layer Installation
Mix the top-layer glue and EPDM particles in proportion, stir evenly, lay them to the required thickness, and finish edges neatly (e.g., trim excess material for clean borders).
