Layer 1: UV-Reflex Nano Crystal Film

CONSTRUCTION STEPS

1. Base Preparation

•Prepare concrete/asphalt base to achieve C25 strength standard

2. Waterproof Primer Application

•Apply waterproof primer directly onto base with roller

3. Base Layer Installation

•Install mixed AB material of base layer according to thickness requirements in construction drawings

4. Surface Layer Spraying

•Spray mixed AB material of surface layer using professional spraying equipment

5. Measurement & Positioning

•Conduct construction measurement and positioning according to process line requirements

6. Line Marking

•Apply line marking using "three-gun" spraying method or professional track marking machine
